Rosy Moon Schlussel Embodied practice has been a theme throughout Rosy’s life. A dancer in her early years, she went on to Circus School in Bristol and London to study acrobatics and physical theater. Rosy committed to her Yoga practice in earnest in 2000 as a way to survive the London winter, studying Astanga Mysore style under Alexander Medin and Sara Litton. She became an apprentice to Alexander in 2001 and was encouraged to teach soon after this.
